The mental and physical health of our students is our number one priority. During this unprecedented time, we have continued to practice what we love and have adapted to the changing environment.
Phase 2 plan: Under the most current recommendations we have opened the studio for in-person training up to 5 students with the appropriate social distancing. Along with in-person training we will continue to provide virtual live stream. Upon check-in students will need to complete a short health assessment, temperature check, as well as hand sanitize/hand wash before and after training. Classes will end 15-20 minutes before the next class time to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation. Masks must be worn immediately before and after training; training with a mask is optional.
For the safety of our community we ask that all students refrain from training in-person if they are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19. Please wait the appropriate 14 day period after being exposed to a person who tested positive for Covid-19, 10 days after first symptoms appeared and/or 24 hours with no fever and without fever-reducing medications (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/end-home-isolation.html).
