Muay Thai known as Thai boxing is a combat sport that involves the use of the body, legs, knees, fists, elbows, forearms, arms and shins. It is recognized as the most effective striking art in the world. Muay Thai is a great aerobic workout and easy to learn.

Our program is for all levels and focuses on teaching the basics of Muay Thai while emphasizing on techniques and strikes. Our students are able to go at their pace and still achieve their goals. The instructors provide a safe and stress free environment for practice.
