Hi I’m Tucker! I’m not a real MMA fighter; I just play one on T.V.(actually true). I have been a sports injury therapist in Seattle for the past 16 years and a martial artist all my life. I was the kickboxing instructor for Evolv fitness for 6 years where I trained up fighters for competition, taught fight fitness classes, and acted as a human punching bag in the ring for all my students. When I’m not in my back office fixing athletes, I’m always up for holding pads or throwing leather with you when time permits (just ask, I don’t bite.....anymore)




Jamie has been practicing kickboxing for the past 4 years. She took her first fight after only a year of training five days a week often mornings and evenings. It doesn’t look it but she loves a good scrap! At 5’3” 118lbs., she often faces much larger competition and thrives being the underdog. On her off days she loves surfing, snowboarding, and trail running. After graduating U.W. , she taught herself to code and is now managing a few different teams at a successful tech company (though she’d rather just tell people she fights and surfs for a living).

Muay Thai and Kickboxing are combat sports that involves the use of the body, legs, knees, fists, elbows, forearms, arms and shins. It is recognized as the most effective striking art in the world. Muay Thai and Kickboxing are a great aerobic workout and easy to learn.  

Our classes offers a great combination of cardio, self defense and competitive techniques.


Agility, Skill, and Strength 


Our program is for all levels and focuses on teaching the basics of Muay Thai and Kickboxing while emphasizing on techniques and strikes. Our students are able to go at their pace and still achieve their goals. The instructors provide a safe and stress free environment for practice.
